PF6 gearbox :
The PF6 gearbox is a 6 speed manual transmission; it supersedes the earlier PK Type gearbox. Fitted in the Renault Master & Traffic, Vauxhall Vivaro and Movano and Nissan Primaster .
The PF is a manual gearbox with 3 shafts and a crown wheel.
Unfortunately these gearbox’s are prone to bearing failure. Many issues may cause the failure- heavy weight bearing causing strain on the gearbox, high mileage or driver abuse.
It is not unusual to experience a whining noise in the early phase of bearing failure on these gearboxes, followed by a louder whining and if overlooked or ignored , eventually loss of gear.
A full Reconditioned gearbox for this gearbox type will be £749.00 plus VAT. We generally have these gearbox types on the shelf ready to dispatch on the same day.

M32 6 speed gearbox:
M32 is a 6 speed manual transmission, fitted to the Vauxhall 6 speed Astra, Corsa, Vectra, Zafira.
It is not unknown for the Bearing’s in the M32 gearbox to fail, a whining noise, often in 6th gear can be heard in the early stages of failure, if this is overlooked or ignored the bearings will completely fail and cause damage to the gearbox casing and internals which in turn will cause leakage of oil and eventually possible burn out.
If caught in the early stages a simple bearing change can be done at a lower cost, avoiding extra expense later.
A fully reconditioned gearbox for the 6 speed M32 will cost you 650.00 plus VAT. We keep these in stock for same day dispatch. Please contact us for more details.
We can also offer an upgrade where uprated bearings are used on the top shafts , these bearings are much bigger than the original bearings. A new case is used also to accommodate these bigger stronger bearings. The upgrade will cost an additional 150.00 plus VAT.
This price is based on an exchange basis, however you may incur an additional surcharge from 100-250 if your exchange unit has damaged casing or worst case scenario is burnt out.
